The Ultimate Product for a Perfume Addict

I feel like nearly every perfume addict knows about Travalo by now. If you're not familiar with Travalo, they're the company that revolutionized the way we travel with perfume. Gone are the days when you would try your best to collect samples of your favorite perfume, remember those days? How about the days when you would try to decant your perfume and have it leak inside your handbag? That actually happened to me a few times and it wasn't very fun (although my bag smelled very nice). I've been a huge Travalo fan for a few years now, in fact I actually own two of the Travalo Classic atomizers. My Travalo atomizers have traveled to many places and by now look a bit beat up, but recently I tried out the new fancy Travalo and this is how I feel about it.

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate how stunning this bottle is? The Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure has such a sleek and minimal water drop shaped bottle that I'm absolutely crazy about. It's easily one of the most beautiful bottles of perfume that I have in my collection, there's no doubt about it. And as you can probably guess, this perfume is yet another spin to the iconic L'Eau d'Issey fragrance. Unlike the other versions that I've tried in the past, the Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Pure is much less floral heavy and instead reminds me of the sea. It's definitely a much cleaner and earthy take on the classic L'Eau d'Issey fragrance.

Review | Salvatore Ferragamo Emozione Dolce Fiore

I'm sure everyone immediately thinks of shoes and leather products when they hear about Salvatore Ferragamo, I know I personally do. Last year the fashion house launched the very elegant Emozione fragrance which features a blend of floral notes and woody undertones. The word Emozione means "emotion" in Italian, and the fragrance actually aims to capture all the emotions that one experiences in life. This year Salvatore Ferragamo launched Emozione's lighter and sweeter sister, Emozione Dolce Fiore. Dolce Fiore means "sweet flower" in Italian, and that's exactly what this perfume is- a sweet floral perfume. 5 Floral Perfumes to Check Out

I may not wear clothing with florals, but I do love myself a nice floral perfume. My love for floral perfumes almost doesn't make any sense when I really think about it. Here you have this tomboy who really doesn't care much for flowers smelling like she walked through a flower field. For whatever reason it may be, I'm just really attracted to the delicate and feminine floral scents. I may not dress like a lady, talk like a lady, but I sure smell like one classy lady (although I'm way too awkward to be considered one).

Review | Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Summer 2016

One of my favorite springtime fragrances for a few years now has been the Issey Miyake L'Eau d'Issey Florale which is a delicate daytime scent with lily, rose, and mandarin notes. The reason why I particularly enjoy Issey Miyake's fragrances is because they're really modern and clean. Issey Miyake is a Japanese clothing and fragrance designer that is known to apply technology, minimalism, and nature into his creations. One of his many creations is the annual limited edition version of the beloved L'Eau d'Issey which features different notes and beautiful artwork on the bottles each year. 

Review | Narciso Rodriguez NARCISO Eau de Parfum

I've found my newest perfume obsession and it's NARCISO, the newest fragrance by Narciso Rodriguez. If you watched my March Favorites, then you would have already heard me rave about this intoxicating fragrance. This perfume to me is the epitome of a springtime scent since it's feminine, floral, and very classy. Unlike many floral scents in the market the NARCISO Eau de Parfum doesn't have overly sweet and juvenile notes, instead this fragrance combines floral notes with more deeper and sensual notes.

Scentbird Review

Scentbird is a subscription service which retails for $14.95 and each month you get to pick a 8ml (.27 fl oz) sample of your favorite perfume. Yes, you heard me right. You get to choose one of 200 perfumes in the Scentbird website! This is a cost effective way to try out several perfumes and it's much cheaper than buying rollerballs at Sephora or department stores. Top 5 Fragrances for Summer

I don't know if you may know this, but apart from being a lipstick and nail polish addict I am also a perfume addict. I love collecting perfume, showering myself in perfume, and also smelling perfumes every time I go into a store. Yes, I'm that girl spritzing a bunch of those paper things at Sephora. For this latest top 5 I'm going to share with you some of my favorites fragrances for the summer.
