It has been forever since my last Empty Products post! And if I'm honest it has been 9 months to be exact, so you can only imagine how many products I managed to accumulate. Someone should have called TLC on me because I was just hoarding empty products underneath my bed for the purpose of recording a video. I swear saving your trash is only logical in the YouTube/blogging world, otherwise you'd be a complete weirdo. Outfit of the Day | Relaxed

I know I'm not the only one who spends a lot of time browsing Pinterest for outfit inspiration. I always find myself pinning images of women with the most effortless and relaxed styles in hope that someday I'll be a little like them. Well, it has happened! At least I think it has... Yesterday while running a few boring errands in the harsh San Diego heat, I pulled out this casually cool ensemble. Not only was it extremely practical for running around but it also looked very effortless. And to top it off, I had a great picture day! This was probably the best I've ever felt while posing for outfit of the day pictures, and it's definitely because of the healthy lifestyle choices that I've been adapting.

July 2015 Favorites

July has come and gone! And in a week I'll be boarding a plane to San Francisco so I can attend the Outside Lands festival for a third year in a row! I'm super excited about my trip because it's been a whole year since my last one (which is sad to think about since I love traveling). But before I start packing my bags I need to show you the things I consistently used in the month of July. As always there's a good variety of things in my favorites videos. This month I discovered #highlightonfleek, affordable liquid lipsticks, and dumped my aluminum deodorants in the trash can.

It's been a while since my last Get Ready With Me video but they're back! This video is in collaboration with my very creative friend across the Atlantic, Mika Chan Sailor. She is an incredible DIY enthusiast, fellow Lord of the Rings fan, and one of my best YouTube friends. I'm always blown away by her creativity, so when she asked me if I wanted to collaborate I said YES! Gift from Ulta

A few months ago I was fortunate enough to work with Ulta on two makeup tutorials. I drove to one of the newest stores in San Diego, met with a manager, and then got my makeup done. The whole experience was a gift in itself and then I got a little box from Ulta in the mail.  If you've seen my unboxing videos, then you know very well how excited I get over new makeup. All but one product was brand new to me, and many of the things I had actually never heard about. You've seen a few of these products pop here and there on Instagram, but here's an overview about what I got and whether I like them or not so much.
