Channel Orange

Hello everyone, my name is Laura and I am addicted to orange colored lip colors. Once upon a time I found orange to be too obnoxious, but flash forward a couple of years and now I'm constantly fighting the urge to purchase more orange lip colors. My collection of orange lip products is rapidly growing with no signs of stopping any time soon. Inspired by the Frank Ocean album Channel Orange, I'm going to be showing you a variety of orange shades and lip products in this post.

Berry Lipsticks for Fall

Although it may not feel like fall where I live, it is officially that time of the year when berry and plum hued lipsticks become acceptable in society. Let me be the first one to say that some trends are meant to be broken not followed, but darker makeup just goes hand in hand with cooler climate and longer nights. As a dark lipstick addict it was hard for me to come up with a list, but nevertheless I picked eight of my favorite shades that will make your lips become the envy of everyone.

Your Lips Are Red

Inspired by the St. Vincent song title, I've decided to dedicate a whole blog post to one of my absolute favorite lipstick shades. What's not to love about red lipstick? It's loud, powerful, and classic. Every woman looks absolutely beautiful with the right shade of red but I know that not everyone feels comfortable with such a loud shade on their lips, that's why I'll be sharing a variety finishes of red lipstick.
