I think by now most of you understand how truly lazy I am when it comes to hair, that's one of the many reasons why I choose to have my hair short. Personally I can't be bothered by a complicated hair routine or styling my hair every single day. I only wash my hair two to three times a week and I use dry shampoo on the other days. When I do get around to wash it I like to use four products to style and keep my hair healthy. I don't like spending more than ten minutes on my hair because let's be honest, I'd rather do my makeup rather than my hair any day.

How To Use a Diffuser on Curly/Wavy Hair
Whenever I diffuse my hair I always get questions about the products that I'm using. I'm still using a lot of the same products and testing other ones, but the main difference is the way I'm drying my hair. When I'm in a hurry and don't want to leave the house (or film with wet hair), I'll just grab my hair dryer and diffuser and just dry my hair that way. Yes, that funky attachment with spikes that comes with a lot of hair dryers is actually used for something. The diffuser attachment will distribute heat much more evenly, so you won't look like a lion got electrecuted. The attachment will also encourage your hair to look more defined and create bouncier curls or waves. Big and bouncy curls in under 20 minutes? Count me in!
Empty Products #8
It's time to talk about my trash- I mean the product I used up. I told myself that I wouldn't let the empties box fill up to the brim, but I let it happen... again. Some of the products I really enjoyed and will/have repurchased them, and other products you can't even pay me to use again. Yes, they were that bad. In this round I have a lot of body care products, natural products, dry shampoo cans (I think I went a little overboard with that), and facial masks. If you're a fan of quick reviews, then I'm sure you're going to enjoy this latest empty products post. Just as a warning, you might want to get a snack and drink for this video. Or you could even give yourself a little mani!

Messy Short Hair
One of the biggest hair trends this year is messy textured hair and one of the biggest proponents of this style is hairstylist Anh Co Tran. I've mentioned Anh Co Tran a few times before and that's because I truly admire how he works with texture in the hair, in fact that's what he's known for. He coined the term "lived in" hair which is how he chooses to describe the messy but modern combination of waves and curls. The hairstyle is quite simple and foolproof, all it requires is one hair tool and a texturizing product to enhance your work. The messy look works really well with short hair but don't fret if your hair is longer than mine, this style will work amazing for you as well.
My Curly Hair Routine
Much like my skincare and everyday makeup routine, my hair routine is quite simple and minimal. I really don't like fussing with my hair, so all I do is add product and let it air dry. Despite that and having a hair routine video that I filmed last year, people still kept asking for another hair routine video. In this post I'll be showing you my updated hair routine using my favorite hair products for curly hair. This routine will work on any type of naturally curly hair, as well as wavy hair.
Get Ready with Me: Spring Edition
It's the first day of spring and I'm bringing back the Get Ready with Me videos! For this Get Ready with Me I'll be showing you this very easy spring makeup and also styling some frizzy 3rd day hair. While recording and editing this I started thinking of my past Get Ready with Me videos and boy have I improved my videos since then. The first one I ever made was recorded and edited on my iPad mini and it featured one very awkward voiceover. Kind of crazy, huh?

Empty Products #6
It has been well over 7 months since my last empty products video, and you can only imagine how many products I managed to accumulate. I honestly feel borderline embarrassed for hoarding empty trash for that long. Let's see I have 9 tubes of mascara, 5 bottles of body wash, 5 packs of makeup wipes, and a slew of skincare products. There's a whole lot going on in this video but if you're a fan of getting quick and concise reviews, then this is a must-watch. Plus you'll get a way better idea if a product is worth purchasing or if you should just save your money instead.

My Everyday Hair Routine for Wavy/Curly Hair
You've asked for it, now I'm showing you exactly how low maintenance my hair routine actually is. I'm not even kidding when I say low maintenance, this routine takes from start to finish less than 4 minutes to do. I use less than 5 styling products, no fancy hair tools, and certainly not a blow dryer. This is perfect for girls who have a similar hair type, or those who frankly don't have the time to be spending more than 5 minutes on your hair. I like taking my time to do my makeup because... well that's my thing, plus I just enjoy embracing my hair's natural texture. If you're curious to see my quick hair routine just watch the video below.

The Art of Holiday by Paul Mitchell
In my family I'm the one that always gives beauty related gifts and with Christmas just a few days I thought I would shade some great gift ideas. A month ago I became a Paul Mitchell Insider which means that I get access to their new collections and get to share them with all of you. Gift sets make incredible gifts for the holidays because the give the recipient the chance to test out a few products at a great price. There's a total of 13 gift sets by Paul Mitchell this holiday season and the best part of all is that you won't be breaking the bank. I'm talking about a complete gift for less than $30 and with every set purchased you will be supporting the Boys and Girls Club of America. With the release of The Art of Holiday I'm going to be recording a holiday hair tutorial and also hosting a little Instagram giveaway.
Growing Out My Pixie Cut- Month 8
We have now arrived to month #8 of the growing out my pixie journey and my hair is still wild. By now I've surpassed my ideal hair length which means that I desperately need to cut it. It's been funny to see everyone around me notice how long my hair has grown. My co-workers will sometimes just tell me out of the blue how long my hair has gotten since I started working with them. I never knew that my hair grows this quickly because I always assumed that I wasn't patient enough to grow out my hair. I cannot emphasize how many times I failed to grow out my bangs, so for me to grow out everything is sort of a big deal to me. In this latest update I'm going to show you how my hair currently looks and also share two new hair products that have been working really well with my hair.
