Review | Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance Mascara

If you saw my May Favorites, then you heard me rave about this new mascara by Elizabeth Arden. When it comes to high-end brands, I think Elizabeth Arden often gets forgotten about among people my age and I really think it's time to start paying more attention to the iconic brand. Elizabeth Arden is no longer just your mom's or grandmother's favorite brand, now they're pushing the envelope and coming out with very modern and innovative products such as the Grand Entrance Mascara. This mascara features a curved brush with three rows of bristles, as well as a long-wear and water resistant formula that easily washes off at the end of the night.

Mother's Day at Las Americas Premium Outlets

Mother's Day is a only week away and if your mom is anything like mine, then chances are that she loves a good shopping trip. One of our all-time favorite places to go shopping in San Diego has been Las Americas Premium Outlets because of the wide array of stores and all the savings to be done. In this post I'm going to share some of our favorite shops to visit, as well as some of the activities you can expect to see if you visit Las Americas Premium Outlets on Mother's Day weekend! PS. Review | Butter London Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayon

I adore Butter London nail polishes but recently I've been adding some of their makeup products to my makeup rotation. One of the most recent releases are the Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayons which are indeed bloody brilliant if I may say so. The collection is comprised of seven different shades, all which have a glossy finish. I know what you're thinking, you hate lip products that have to be sharpened. Don't worry, I tend to dislike them as well but what if I told you that you that these are the exception? Trust me, it seems like the Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayons were made with the girl on the go in mind.

Match + Wella “Love is in the Hair”

Getting ready for a first date can be tough! If you're anything like me then you're indecisive and don't know how you want to present yourself to a potential significant other. I feel confident in the makeup departments because I feel like my everyday neutral eye and muted rose lipstick would be perfect for a first date. As for my outfit, I would most likely take forever to pick out something but I would settle for something that look dressy and feels comfortable. Now hair is a whole different ballgame. I am horrible at styling my hair, hence why I embrace my crazy natural hair. If I were to show up at a first date with my wild hair I would feel like I'm giving off the wrong impression though. Generation Beauty Haul + Review

On Saturday I was able to attend Ipsy's Generation Beauty event thanks to Pacifica. I got asked if I wanted to attend and of course I said YES! I was so excited to drive up to Los Angeles and see what the event was all about. There were so many brand booths and products to check out, it was like a makeup lover's paradise. In this video I will be sharing a mini vlog about the event, so you can see what it was like. I will also show you all the products that I bought and received at the event, trust me there was a bunch of makeup being handed out. Review | Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Mattes Lip Color

I'll be the first to tell you that I haven't been much of a Maybelline lipstick fan. I've heard many bloggers talk and talk about them, and I would try them and instantly get disappointed. I never quite understood the hype around the lipsticks and the artificial Play-doh scent was a huge turn-off for me. When I first heard about the new Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lip Color I was certain that I wouldn't want to try them. I thought I was going to run into an OK lipstick with a horrible scent, but after hearing some of my favorite bloggers rave about these matte lipsticks I decided to give one shade a go and see if perhaps this would be the first time that I would enjoy a Maybelline lipstick.

Review | Hard Candy Fierce Effects

The other day when I went to Walmart I came across these brand new Fierce Effects eyeshadows from Hard Candy. These look a lot like the L'Oréal Infallible Eyeshadows which I adore, but the main difference is the price. While the L'Oréal option is affordable, Hard Candy beats it by offering 2 eyeshadows for only $5. With a deal like that I couldn't help but pick a duo up for me to test out and ultimately compare it to the L'Oréal Infallible Eyeshadows. Are the more affordable option better than my original love? If you remember a few months ago I did a review on a toner from Yves Rocher's Sebo Specific range, well that range is long gone and it has been replaced with the new Sebo Végétal line. The Sebo Végétal skincare range is specifically for those who have combination or oily skin. Yves Rocher developed a line that features the purifying power of Baikal powder which is meant to restore your skin's balance and control oil. I've been testing out the products for over a month, so by now I feel like I can let you know how I feel about each and every product in the range. Nails of the Day | Roar

I am currently into really bright nails and when I saw this color at the stores I was like "I need this!" This is the brightest cobalt blue polish I've been able to find at the drugstore but when I started applying it I noticed something strange. This wasn't any regular polish... this was a textured polish! I had no idea this was a textured polish, I didn't even know they were still "in." Textured polish isn't for everyone but it does help your nail polish last longer which is always a good thing in my book.

Review | Zim's Advanced Crack Creme

When I was contacted by Zim's to review their Crack Creme ($9.99) I immediately said yes because their product had both aloe and arnica, two ingredients I've been using since my childhood in Mexico. I like to refer to their Crack Creme as a miracle in a tube, that's how good it is. It helps relieve itching, extremely dry skin, inflammation, redness, insect bites, eczema, and psoriasis. I've been testing out this product for a little over a week and have been extremely impressed with the results. I was so excited that I ran to my mom and told her how much my skin has improved. Yes, it's that good and one of you will be lucky enough to get to try this out.

Review | L'Oréal Visible Lift CC Eye Concealer

There used to be a time when I preferred a full coverage concealer for my dark circles but now I reach for concealers with a lighter consistency. When I heard about this concealer I was immediately intrigued by the idea of a CC (color correcting) product for the under eye area. This product is supposed to roll away signs of fatigue and give you a more youthful and wide-awake look. I've been testing this product out for about two weeks now so I feel that I can properly review it now. So does it simply roll away signs of fatigue?
