Nail Polish: Dr.'s Remedy Nail Polish in Promising Pink, $17*
This is the second week in a row that I am wearing Promising Pink on my nails because of how amazing the formula is. Promising Pink is described as a "your nails only nicer" color which is a very accurate description. It is a creamy pale pink that is designed to neutralize yellow tones. I was never a big fan of pale pinks until I used Promising Pink, mainly because pale pinks are sometimes streaky and hard to work with. I feel like this is going to make me sound like I'm talking about foundation, but this color has a beautiful sheer to full opacity formula. You can apply one coat for a sheer look that will neutralize discolored nails, or you can layer the nail polish up for an opaque pale pink color. I added three coats of nail polish for an extremely opaque look, but two coats will do just fine.
Another thing that I have to point out is the incredibly longevity of this nail polish. I wore Promising Pink for 8 days with little to no chipping, I actually had to repaint my nails because I had a large gap due to nail growth. This nail polish exceeded all my expectations and the color is beautiful!
As previously mentioned, all Dr.'s Remedy nail polishes are enriched with great ingredients and they also contain no formaldehyde. The nail polishes are also paraben and phthalates free, and vegan friendly. I highly recommend the Dr.'s Remedy nail polishes and especially Promising Pink.
