Review | Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche

Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche
If you've followed my blog for a few years now, you will know that I adore Bite Beauty lipsticks. Over the course of two years I've purchased and tried out many Bite Beauty lipsticks but my favorite formula was by far the Luminous Crème formula which sadly got discontinued. Not going to lie, I was completely bummed out when I first heard the news but Bite Beauty promised to release an even better lipstick formula. It was really hard to imagine a better formula than the Luminous Crème but somehow Bite Beauty outdid themselves with the new Amuse Bouche formula. In today's review I will be talking about the new formula, as well as comparing it to some of the other beloved lipstick formulas under Bite Beauty's umbrella.

Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche
Bite Beauty's Amuse Bouche come in 34 different shades, from everyday nudes to vibrant colors. The lipsticks are created in small batches and crafted by hand, something that's not really the norm in the beauty industry. The Amuse Bouche lipsticks are also made with 12 edible and moisturizing oils such as castor oil, sesame seed oil, and argan oil. The lipsticks are meant to be highly pigmented and moisturizing without feeling heavy on the lips. And to top things off, they smell and taste amazing because they're infused with fresh pressed fruits!
Here's my review of the new Amuse Bouche lipsticks! You will be seeing how they apply and look on my lips, as well as comparisons to the other popular Bite Beauty formulas. Please watch the video review before moving on with this post, that way you'll understand the comparison swatches a little better.
Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Pepper
Here's a side by side comparison of the Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Pepper and the Bite Beauty Butter Cream Lipstick in Rosewood. I didn't think these two formulas were going to be as similar as they are, but they're both incredibly pigmented and creamy.
Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Gazpacho
On the left we have the bright blue red which is Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Gazpacho and on the right we have the warm red which is Bite Beauty Luminous Crème Lipstick in Apricot. Both lipsticks are highly pigmented but they wear completely different on the lips, you might also notice that the discontinued Luminous Crème formula was a bit more glossy on the lips.
Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Beetroot
Finally we have the battle of the berry shades! Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Beetroot is a true berry shade while the Bite Beauty High Pigment Pencil in Winterberry (discontinued) is a berry shade with a stronger red undertone.

The Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipsticks retail for $26 and they can only be found at Sephora.
