Review | Pür Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara

A brand that has been impressing me a lot lately with their new launches is Pür Cosmetics. The HydraFluid Water Foundation was an incredible spring/summer foundation discovery and the Cameo Contour Stick is a very practical product with an amazing beauty blending sponge. Pür's latest makeup launch is the Fully Charged Mascara which is an anti-aging mascara that promises all day lift, volume, and curl. The mascara also has some other very interesting claims and ingredients which are not all that common in the mascara world.

The Pür Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara* is a mascara that has a natural bristle brush and uses magnetic polymers to create more dramatic lashes. The polymers are supposed to wrap around your lashes to instantly give your lashes lift and definition. I found the formula of the Fully Charged Mascara to be soft and moisturizing, which is one of the reasons why this mascara claims to be age-defying. I've had zero problems with this mascara flaking or smudging, which actually surprised me a little because of how nourishing it is. The mascara also holds up curl and volume really well throughout the day. I've worn the Fully Charged Mascara when I go out to jog with my dogs and it truly holds up like a champ.

Here are some shots of my lashes before mascara application, after 1 coat, and after 2 coats of the Pür Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara. I didn't curl my lashes before applying mascara, so the curl that you're seeing is the mascara in action. I have to say that I really love the effect that the Fully Charged Mascara gives my lashes, it gives me a lot of volume and while keeping my lashes soft and fluttery. The mascara also layers very well because of the soft formula. Instead of clumping my lashes together by the time I applied a second coat, this mascara actually created the illusion of more lashes.

The Pür Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara is a solid mascara launch and I would definitely recommend it, especially if you're on the market for a great voluminous mascara that happens to be cruelty-free.
