Lip Liners for Spring

Lip Liners for Spring
Once upon a time I was not a fan of lip liners, in fact I thought they were a complete waste of time. Well things have certainly changed quite a lot since then and now I have a pretty decent sized lip liner collection. You don't even want to know how many browny nudes lip liners I have, because it's honestly a bit embarrassing at this point. Since I've developed quite a love affair with lip liners as of late, I've decided to dedicate a full post to five of my favorite lip liners for spring. And yes, the browny nudes colors will be making an appearance in this post.

Lip Liners for Spring
The Jordana EasyLiner for Lips in Rock n' Rose has been one of my favorite nude lip liners in my collection for around a year now. This is a muted rose with a hint of brown which pairs very lovely with the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Bond Girl. The formula of this lip liner is very waxy so it holds onto your lips very well.

Another great shade from the Jordana EasyLiner for Lips is the very versatile Baby Berry. This shade is a wearable raspberry color that can be worn year round. I love pairing this lip liner with berry lip colors like MAC's Plumful or Maybelline's Mesmerizing Magenta.

One of my lovely subscribers recommended the ColourPop Lippie Pencil in Button after I raved about BFF and I'm couldn't be happier about this shade. This is a warm nude that's a bit darker than Rock n' Rose, so it's great if you want to create depth on your lips. Button pairs amazingly well with MAC's Whirl, Maybelline's Nude Nuance, and of course the ColourPop Lippie Stix in Button.

In the springtime I love pulling out my warm orangey reds and I couldn't believe that I didn't have a matching lip liner. I've currently been obsessed with the ColourPop Lippie Pencil in Chi Chi which is a bright orange color. This lip liner pairs perfectly with the Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Color Moisturizing Lipstick in Marigold*, the Clinique Pop Lip Colour + Primer in Poppy Pop, and the L'Oréal Colour Riche Lipstick in Julianne's Red.

And finally I have a vibrant fuchsia shade that practically screams spring. The ColourPop Lippie Pencil in I Heart This was literally what I needed in my collection. This blue based fuchsia will help make your teeth appear brighter and it pairs very well with ColourPop Matte X Lippie Pencil in Poppin and MAC's Girl About Town.
