Thin Tea Review | Does It Really Work?

Thin Tea Review
You've probably seen a lot of these detox teas on Instagram in recent months, I know I certainly have. I've tried detox and weight loss teas long before the Instagram trend, so when I was reached by Thin Tea to try their tea out I agreed to give it a try so I could compare my experience with the other teas that I've tried. The Thin Tea products are all-natural and quite different to other teas that I've tried in the past. Do I think these work miracles? No, but I will talk about my experience with them and what I've done in order to help these teas to perform better. This isn't a "get thin fast" scheme whatsoever, so I will be discussing my experience and lifestyle changes that will hopefully help me for the long run.

Thin Tea Review
The results are definitely very visible in my face, which is normally where I first see the signs of weight loss. The picture on the far left is me in December, then January, and finishing up in February. My jaw always looks a lot more defined when I lose weight, and I'm definitely getting more motivated to lose more weight now that I'm seeing those signs once again.
Thin Tea Review
Here's how my body has changed since December. I definitely gained some weight during the holiday and in January I started making changes in my lifestyle so I can develop a healthier relationship with food. The before and after isn't drastic in my case, but I'd rather have a slow journey if it means that I'll change my lifestyle for good. Slow and steady wins the race. Also here's one of the reasons why I chose casual outfit of the days instead of those the conventional "before and after" pictures.
Here's my review video where I'll go in depth about my experience using Thin Tea. I'll also be discussing the changes that I've been implementing in my lifestyle that have also contributed to the weight loss.

What are some of the things that you do to keep yourself motivated to live a healthy lifestyle? Let me know in the comments below.

Disclaimer: Thin Tea did send me the 28 detox tea as a press sample. This is not a sponsored video and I'm not earning anything from this review. There are no affiliate links or coupons in this video. I also did not share revealing before/after pictures because I personally find those to be a bit misleading and too personal for my liking.
