Mother's Day is a only week away and if your mom is anything like mine, then chances are that she loves a good shopping trip. One of our all-time favorite places to go shopping in San Diego has been
Las Americas Premium Outlets because of the wide array of stores and all the savings to be done. In this post I'm going to share some of our favorite shops to visit, as well as some of the activities you can expect to see if you visit
Las Americas Premium Outlets on Mother's Day weekend! PS. There's also going to be a little giveaway for my local followers that you won't want to miss out.

Now let's talk about shopping! Some of my favorite stores at
Las Americas Premium Outlets include
The Cosmetic Company Store,
J.Crew Factory, and the
Levi's store. I'm sure you're not surprised by any of my choices, you all know by now that I'm a girl who loves high-end makeup and stores where I can pick up good basics. My mom on the other hand is a lot more sporty than I am, so her favorite stores include
Nike Factory Store,
Adidas,
Reebok, and the
New Balance Factory Store. She loves any store where she can save some money while purchasing tennis gear, outfits, and shoes. She's a lady who loves to have a lot of colorful options in her closet for her tennis matches. My mom also happens to be a big fan of
Cole Haan,
Banana Republic Factory, and
Kenneth Cole for everyday staples and high quality shoes and accessories.
Apart from the shopping, there are many other things I love about
Las Americas Premium Outlets. First of all you can pick yourself an ice cream cone from
Godiva and just relax in the courtyard. I highly recommend getting a chocolate covered cone because they're
delicious! Another thing I really enjoy is the architecture since it's very reminiscent of an old town, even the artwork and fountains are very unique. The light installation in the courtyard has been a personal favorite for years and it looks even prettier at night. I also have to mention that some of the store are dog friendly as well, which is one of the reasons why my mom and I have even taken Bowie and Francis along with us.
If you happen to go to
Las Americas Premium Outlets on Mother's Day weekend you can expect special Mother's Day deals at various stores such as
Brooks Brothers,
The Limited, and
Coach. There will also be flowers and entertainment for all mothers to enjoy, and even a fun photobooth area! My mom and I took definitely took advantage of the props to take some very fun selfies.
Here's what my mom and I picked up from our recent
Las Americas Premium Outlets shopping trip! I told you my mom really loves her tennis gear so she got herself a new tennis top and skirt from
Adidas, as well as a MAC Mineralized Skinfinish Natural from
The Cosmetic Company Store. As for me, all I got was a really nice pair of black and white running shoes from
Adidas which I plan to wear to work out. Shopping counts as cardio,
right?
